Challenges -
Working on a small footprint within a busy fully operational bakery that provides bakery products to the West Midlands area. The site had to operate efficiently in order to prevent disruption to the clients operations along with segregation of the works from the clients operations, effectively a fully operational construction site within a bakery.
Solution -
A detailed Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan was developed with the Principal Contractor and the Client. This was implemented and monitored by the Safety Advisors site team with any changes discussed with the Client prior to implementation.
Results -
Minimal disruption to the clients operations.
