Challenges -
Working within a factory environment producing some of the most prestigious cars in the UK we were tasked with managing the H&S element of the build.
Jaguar Land Rover have a well established H&S management system however this did not cover the construction works.
Solution -
Working with Safety Advisors we reviewed the Jaguar Land Rover management system and developed procedures which allowed the principal contractor to develop the site whilst meeting the Jaguar Land Rover requirements for H&S.
Results -
No RIDDOR reportable incidents. Complete compliance with the Jaguar Land Rover. Significant hazards were controlled.
