Challenges -
The building is a former Bank of England building which has been converted to multiple occupancy building which includes Grade A offices, retail units and main reception.
Foresight moved to the office following a fit out of one of the levels and required a fire risk assessment undertaking and provision of fire extinguishers etc.
Solution -
Safety Advisors visited the site and undertook a fire risk assessment, we also provided a range of fire controls measures which we maintain.
Results -
Compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Compliance with the building operators requirements for fire control.
