Fire Risk Management – Wood Street

Challenges -
The building is a multiple occupancy office building spread out over a number of levels in a vibrant part of London. The ground floor has a bar and restaurant which shares one of the fire exit routes from the building.
Savills asked Safety Advisors to review the buildings fire arrangements to ensure the fire management was to the highest standards.
Solution -
Safety Advisors undertook a complete fire risk assessment and reviewed the training for dedicated fire marshals.
The review included fire exit sizes, stairs, travel distances, sources of ignition and possible fuels etc.
Results -
The fire risk review was undertaken with Safety Advisors working with the client to implement any improvements identified.
