I am writing to you to tell you about some of the steps we are taking to support your organisation during this unprecedented time.
Following new Government guidelines on travel restrictions, working from home and less community activity due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), I’d like to reassure you that you can continue to rely on our services during this time.
We have taken steps to prevent the possible spread of the virus amongst our team including restricting travel, increasing the distance between desks, additional washing facilities and home working etc.

You can continue to get in touch with us via our office number or via your appointed account manager along with the usual email addresses.
Access to information
Safety Advisors comply with the GDPR regulations and have worked hard over the last 17months to ensure all the information we hold on your organisation is safely stored on cloud-based servers. This allows our team to access your account whilst working remotely.
Home working
A number of our staff are working from home due to having children and as a preventative measure to prevent the possible spread of the virus within our office.
Whilst staff will try to answer any queries or questions promptly there may be a delay due to planning a suitable time to focus on your particular requirements.
